Remote Recruitment
• Design bespoke UX/UI solutions tailored to each client — avoiding templates and unnecessary design elements • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that prioritise usability and efficiency • Apply sustainable web design principles, ensuring minimal page weight and optimised digital assets • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean, efficient implementation • Present design concepts and strategic thinking confidently to clients • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Contribute to the development of internal design systems, standards, and brand identity • Maintain organised design files, assets, and component libraries • Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and performance best practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital or creative agency
- A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar industry-standard tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web performance principles
- Experience presenting to and collaborating directly with clients
- Working knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS awareness)
- Exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a structured remote environment
- Access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
- Preferred:**
- Experience or strong interest in sustainable web design practices
- Understanding of web performance optimisation and environmental impact
- Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design initiatives
- Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions
- Background working across both agency and freelance projects

Work across consumable and non-consumable monetization and optimize for both IAP and IAA where applicable. - Data & iteration: Use data to validate assumptions, conduct and track AB tests, tune/balance player progression, and improve event performance.
