Job Requirements
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Data Engineer, Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer within the data ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and modern lakehouse architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with dbt is a strong plus.
- Able to translate complex architectures into clear, impactful narratives for technical and business audiences.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies is highly valued.
