Senior Manager – Lean Practice, Client Experience and Conduct
Mashreq
• Lead and manage E2E Journeys Assessment including diagnostics, re-design, and implementation • Capture and analyze VOC, NPS, CSAT, and customer complaints data • Prioritize and execute projects that improve customer experience aligned with CXCG strategy • Apply Lean methodologies to address process gaps and redesign journeys • Define, monitor and optimize key performance indicators and service level agreements • Partner with business units to enhance redesigned processes • Facilitate workshops and conduct Lean assessments • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations • Drive visual SOP implementation across the bank
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in end-to-end journey assessments in digital and traditional banking processes
- Strong command of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced process optimization and journey reengineering techniques
- Ability to diagnose systemic inefficiencies and eliminate waste
- Experience in customer experience enhancement and risk compliance
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven improvement methods
- Proficiency in DMAIC, DMADV or DFSS frameworks
- Experience in defining and optimizing KPIs, SLAs, DPMO, Sigma Levels, and process cycle efficiency
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate improvement workshops
- Experience conducting Lean Deployment and Sustain assessments
