Job Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst
- Familiarity with SaaS company metrics like MRR, CAC, LTV, Revenue etc.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI
- Good knowledge of SQL, Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive at work
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- English: Upper intermediate level.

Role Description Getac North America is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and education of Getac’s software services strategy, enhancing the value of our premium rugged compute solutions. This new role will focus on driving adoption and growth of software services such as Getac Voice (AI report writing software), Getac Essentials, and Getac Monitoring (device management software). The position is remote and based in the United States. Key Responsibilities: - Educate Getac sales and solutions teams, end users, and reseller channel on software services offerings. - Develop and maintain Getac’s software services strategy to complement rugged compute solutions. - Maintain ownership of timelines and communication for key product development efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful growth and development of software services. - Drive adoption and integration of Getac Voice, Getac Essentials, and Getac Monitoring into customer solutions. - Represent software services strategy in internal and external meetings, webinars, and events. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in product management or software strategy within technology sectors. - Strong understanding of SaaS, device management, and AI-driven software solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for educating diverse audiences. - Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as required. Business Intelligence Analyst

• Interact with Business Analysts and Systems Architects to understand data sources. • Interact with the business to gather and understand requirements. • Write code to be used in the reports and dashboards (SQL queries) • Develop final asset (report, cube, dynamic/static dashboard) using Microsoft reporting tools. • Perform unit testing. • Debug and troubleshoot issues raised by our stakeholders. • Import data into Excel and merge data sets for the analysis of information. • Understand key structures, data inputs, data relationships and data tables. • Check & maintain data for integrity. • Conduct data mining activities for the analysis of trends and other information. • Suggest further fields or data tables for future versions of reporting. • Run standard monthly customer and business-related reports.

• The BI Analyst is responsible for performing data analytics that will drive improved business performance. • Designs and creates reports to deliver timely and relevant information to the business segments. • Participate in business projects that will enhance the quality of the data to be used in the visualization tool and ensure data sets utilize dimensional data wherever possible. • Update dashboard data on a regular basis and perform quality checking to ensure accuracy. • Collaborate with business owners to meet the needs of the end-user and collaborate with IT team to develop solutions. • Establish clear lines of communication between the team and end-users to ensure quality requirements gathering and customer satisfaction. • Helps develop, test, document, and support solutions to ultimately drive decisions that improve or stabilize clinical outcome, quality of care, patient safety, and financial viability of the organization.
