• Actuar como punto de contacto principal para la cartera de trabajo asignada • Procesar facturas de/tanto clientes como proveedores • Completar tareas asignadas dentro de los plazos establecidos • Mantener archivos maestros de clientes y proveedores • Resolver problemas/consultas de usuarios internos y externos de manera precisa y eficiente • Identificar inconsistencias y errores en los datos, proponer soluciones • Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas del GL • Proporcionar análisis y comentarios sobre los resultados financieros • Interpretar y analizar contratos de clientes/proveedores y aplicarlos a las transacciones procesadas • Apoyar al grupo contable en el proceso de cierre mensual y anual • Colaborar con usuarios internos en proyectos estratégicos • Manejar y mantener información sensible y confidencial • Interactuar profesionalmente con múltiples niveles de gestión/otros departamentos

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 años de experiencia en finanzas (facturación)
  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Finanzas, Contabilidad, o un campo relacionado
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en Cuentas por Pagar o Facturación
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años trabajando en un entorno remoto
  • Preferible experiencia con Oracle NetSuite y Workday
  • Dominio avanzado o nativo del idioma inglés es requerido
  • Experiencia con Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, y Word)
  • Capacidad para manejar y mantener información sensible y confidencial
  • Habilidades organizativas y de pensamiento crítico
