• Support Business Product Manager in driving towards vision, objectives, and key results laid out under ‘Financial Operations’ as part of Finance Digital Transformation • Serve as a strategic business and thought partner to Commercial Finance and Enterprise FP&A leaders and counterparts • Support the evaluation, design, and launch of process improvements and enabling technology for key financial processes (e.g., monthly business reviews, investment funding process, planning process) • Facilitate workshops or working sessions with key stakeholders to gather input and refine deliverables • Work closely with the Business Product Owner/Manager counterparts in ‘Financial Insights’ when the process utilizes financial systems and data • Identify up- or downstream dependencies with other programs or initiatives, and collaborate where needed • Support and own development of outputs/deliverables that contribute to the objectives and key results (e.g., kickoff deck, process flows, pain points, requirements, use cases, etc.) • Ensure recommendations and designs align with enterprise or global standards • Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner/Manager (IT) to define the roadmap for finance digital transformation • Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner/Manager (IT) to translate the business requirements, identify enabling technology, and implement the solution • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of initiatives • Support and own program governance activities, such as status reporting and executive readouts • Support change management efforts in collaboration with the ‘Employee Experience’ Business Product Owner/Manager • Willingness to travel

• Serves a consultant for clients Acumatica implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Acumatica solution, with a strong emphasis on financial and accounting processes • Have a strong working knowledge of ERP business software, particularly financial modules and accounting workflows • Have professional exposure in business workflow, including finance, accounting, and financial reporting processes • Have experience with product implementations, preferably with a focus on finance-related ERP modules • Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities, including financial process mapping and controls where applicable • Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Acumatica software (ERP), with particular support for finance and accounting teams • Works with customers to achieve the best solutions to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality, especially within financial operations and reporting • Develops and executes a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan, including continued learning in ERP finance best practices • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel 20% required

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, driving alignment across departments. • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-range planning. • Partner closely with executive leadership to analyze business performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. • Drive the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly re-forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional buy-in. • Prepare insightful financial reports and variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast) for the leadership team, working closely with Controller. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis on strategic initiatives, including pricing, new product launches, and potential investments. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to refine and track departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and improve cost efficiency. • Enhance and scale financial systems and tools to improve efficiency, reporting capabilities, and data integrity. • Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

• Own end-to-end OneStream architecture and solution design for our global finance operations, including complex financial modeling • Design and manage enterprise-scale data integrations connecting OneStream with Snowflake and multiple source systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Workday) for executive decision-making • Drive system performance optimization through Business Rules refinement, Cube View tuning, and infrastructure monitoring to maintain sub-second response times for global users • Design intuitive user experiences and streamlined workflows that enable finance stakeholders to efficiently leverage OneStream capabilities • Establish and enforce coding standards, data governance policies, and security protocols to ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements • Partner with senior finance leadership to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technical architectures that support long-term organizational growth • Provide technical escalation support for critical issues and architect robust disaster recovery protocols to protect enterprise financial data • Mentor FP&A and technical teams on architectural best practices, code quality, and system scalability to build organizational OneStream expertise • Evaluate and implement emerging OneStream technologies (BI/Relational Blend, Genesis, Sensible AI) to transform financial reporting from static analysis to predictive insights that drive strategic business decisions
