YOUR PARTNER
• Develop and evolve the company’s corporate visual identity and brand guidelines. • Design high-impact pitch decks, proposals, brochures, and sales collaterals. • Translate complex ERP/SaaS concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and corporate communication. • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align design with business strategy.
Job Requirements
- 6–10+ years of corporate branding experience in IT / SaaS / ERP companies (mandatory).
- Strong portfolio in B2B branding and enterprise presentation design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Ability to independently own creative direction in a fast-paced environment.

• Create and develop trade marketing materials, including POS materials, displays, banners, shelf banners, posters, totems, signage and in-store collateral. • Develop key visuals and creative extensions for commercial campaigns, seasonal promotions and product launches. • Adapt layouts for different formats, channels and partners (retail and wholesale), ensuring visual consistency. • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Trade teams to understand objectives, target audiences and campaign requirements. • Prepare final print-ready files and, when necessary, coordinate technical adjustments with suppliers. • Organize and maintain libraries of files, templates and trade marketing visual standards. • Ensure all materials comply with the brand book and the brand's visual guidelines.
• Create and adapt banners, images and visual assets for various marketplaces (such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Magazine Luiza, and others). • Develop cover images, product carousels, promotional banners, storefront displays and platform-specific graphic materials. • Adjust layouts and formats to each marketplace’s technical specifications and visual guidelines. • Standardize product visual communication, ensuring consistency with the brand identity. • Collaborate with E‑commerce, Marketing and Trade teams to align campaigns, promotions and priorities. • Update and optimize creatives according to seasonality, promotions and performance results. • Organize files, templates and visual standards for recurring use.
• Act as Staff-level technical owner for Voice AI and Agentic Agent architecture across Datavant. • Define reference architectures, best practices, and design patterns for Voice LLM workflows, orchestration, and integrations. • Lead technical decision-making for build vs. buy, platform selection, and long-term scalability. • Design and implement end-to-end Voice AI systems using LLMs, NLMs, NLP/NLU, STT, and TTS technologies. • Build agentic, multi-step conversational workflows capable of tool use, memory, escalation, and human handoff. • Optimize real-time and near-real-time Voice AI performance (latency, accuracy, reliability). • Architect and build API-first, event-driven systems integrating CCaaS platforms, data pipelines, and AI services. • Integrate with CCaaS and Voice platforms (e.g., Five9, Genesys, NICE, Cognigy, Kore.ai, PolyAI, or similar). • Ensure clean interfaces between AI agents, telecom infrastructure, and downstream systems. • Partner with Security and Legal to ensure HIPAA, HITECH, and privacy-by-design compliance across all Voice AI workflows. • Implement observability, auditing, and reporting for AI decisions, conversations, and outcomes. • Design systems that are fault-tolerant, testable, and production-ready. • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers in AI, Voice, and distributed systems design. • Influence roadmap and prioritization through strong technical partnership with Product and Leadership. • Raise the technical bar through reviews, documentation, and shared standards.
