Solution Consultant: As a Solution Consultant at Netsmart, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our solutions and the impact they make for the clients our prospects serve. Your day-to-day activities will include kick-off calls to prepare for upcoming demos, collaborating with team members, and conducting discovery calls with prospects to understand their pain points and tailor personalized demo experiences. You will engage in various demo sessions, ranging from quick 30-minute presentations to more extensive ones. Your ability to tell a compelling story, present phenomenally, and pivot seamlessly will be crucial in demonstrating the "wow" factor and simplicity of our solutions. Your knowledge of the Human Services industry and product expertise will be essential as you configure solutions and support clients in our space. This includes Autism, Behavioral Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD), Behavioral Health, & Addictions. Regular meetings with product management will keep you informed about impactful updates, ensuring you are educated and trained to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your role will unify processes, create seamless experiences, and act as a key player in driving new and existing business forward. Responsibilities - Provide technical and product support for sales teams including solution presentations, proposal responses and follow up for current and prospective clients - Present scripted and unscripted solution presentations to large and small groups; demonstrating knowledge of solution's features and functionalities and effective facilitation of discussion and questions - Develop and apply knowledge of industry intelligence and trends relevant to specific audiences - Coach others to clearly articulate and promote Netsmart’s competitive advantages during solution demonstrations - Promote Netsmart solutions at industry events, trade shows, client meetings and Netsmart’s annual health conference meeting - Review responses as a part of bid submissions or requests for proposals (RFPs); contribute clinical, financial and local workflow expertise as applicable, and share key RFP feedback with solution presenters - Maintain appropriate knowledge base for industries served to facilitate ongoing product development and product offerings to market Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience - At least 3 years of software pre-sales experience demonstrating solution feature and functionality in the sales process OR - At least 2 years of experience working in a human services setting with knowledge of associated clinical and revenue cycle workflows OR - At least 2 years of work experience with information systems, preferably in a clinical or financial healthcare setting Expectations - Up to 50% travel Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals. What You'll Do: - Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services. - Analyze Workday integration processes and make updates as needed to enhance business workflows. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while communicating with business partners, vendors, and internal HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Workday teams. - Develop integration reports, manage integration schedules, and perform regression testing with each new Workday release. - Evaluate incoming technical requests from stakeholders and provide creative, effective solutions. - Independently lead and manage technical projects while coordinating across multiple teams. • As a Solution Consultant, you support our customers and sales team in designing modern cloud solutions in the Salesforce and CCaaS space. • You work at the intersection of sales, architecture and delivery, are actively involved in customer projects, and accompany customers from the initial technical discovery through implementation. • Provide technical support to Sales during bidding processes and requests for proposals (RFPs). • Conduct technical discovery sessions to analyze customer requirements. • Create and develop solution concepts for CCaaS and Salesforce scenarios. • Plan and deliver customer-specific demos. • Contribute to proofs of concept (PoCs) and, where applicable, hackathons. • Support effort estimations and technical components of proposals. • Actively participate in customer projects and provide functional and technical support for implementation in collaboration with Solution Architects and Delivery teams. • Maintain Salesforce opportunities from a technical pre-sales perspective. • Contribute to the standardization and further development of our solution portfolio. • Monitor market and technology trends in the CCaaS and Salesforce ecosystem.
