Lead Technical Program Manager
OLX Group
• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs through design, development, and market launch across all European OLX classified products. • Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across Group and business units to ensure work is aligned with the strategic priorities. • Prioritize programs, develop deliverables schedules, track external dependencies and commitments, manage stakeholders. • Manage programs to success, determining and mitigating risks, assessing and communicating status, providing programs visibility. • Establish and apply a governance framework that works across business units and functional areas for driving decision making. • Track program performance using success metrics, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and collaborate to fine tune programs as needed. • Manage a portfolio of programs using tools and analytics to ensure programs are meeting business unit and Group goals across OLX. • Work closely with the leadership team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years in software program management, including managing significant cross functional projects in mid-size or large companies using industry standard software development methodologies.
- Experience operating at scale, e.g., with teams and products around the world, in fast growing consumer markets.
- Experience working directly with executive teams.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework for decision making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
