Department Overview As Motorola's premier cybersecurity consulting group, the cyber professional services team provides in-depth technical, compliance, and governance assessments as well as strategic recommendations for our customer’s and their networks, operational technology and installed Motorola products and platforms. The cyber professional services team provides a full spectrum of cybersecurity services ranging from physical security, vulnerability management, penetration testing, risk management and compliance with frameworks and benchmarks such as CJIS, CIS, ISO, and NIST. Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity Intern to join our Offensive Security team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of a penetration test from initial reconnaissance to final reporting. You will work alongside senior testers to identify vulnerabilities, validate security controls, and help strengthen our organization’s overall security posture. Key Responsibilities: Reconnaissance & OSINT: Assist in gathering publicly available information and mapping the attack surface of target environments. Vulnerability Scanning: Configure and execute automated scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Burp Suite, OpenVAS) and assist in analyzing the results. Exploitation Support : Work under the direct supervision of senior staff to research and test proofs-of-concept for identified vulnerabilities. Documentation & Reporting: Help draft technical findings and executive summaries that clearly communicate risks and remediation steps. Qualifications: Basic Requirements Required Skills: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, or Cybersecurity, with a graduation date on or after Dec 1, 2026. • You'll deeply collaborate with Engineering teams. This includes actively participating in the development of new features and initiatives, from initial requirement analysis and test planning to execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off. • You'll partner closely with Product Managers. This means you will be responsible for prioritizing testing efforts, clarifying requirements, challenging assumptions from a quality perspective, coordinating Business Acceptance Testing, and advocating for the needs of our customers. • You'll work closely with SDETs to expand and maintain our automated test coverage for new features and regression testing. You'll also collaborate with other manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-BU projects. • You'll proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Develop collaborative partnerships with clinical study teams/study team leaders to maintain a current understanding of potential areas of quality risk exposure within the context of ongoing clinical studies and across clinical programs as assigned. • Ensure compliance with clinical quality assurance activities including facilitating and managing internal and external GCP audits/audit programs, as applicable. • Implement and support QA activities that foster an outcome of compliance and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, guidance; upholds the rights and welfare of patients; is focused on data integrity and end to end quality assurance • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement initiatives, including process/program reviews to identify approaches that will prevent quality issue recurrence (e.g. issue escalation and management; and applicable corrective/preventative action programs, periodic internal audit/gap assessment). • Assist with the development and tracking of trending and metrics of internal as well as external vendor quality issues. • Provide related training on new regulatory requirements and industry practices. • Lead and manage clinical inspection readiness activities for assigned programs and other key programs as applicable. • Support Regulatory Inspections of Kura Oncology products, including supporting/facilitating back room and front room activities and supporting the drafting/reviewing of responses to regulatory authority findings, as applicable. • Promote quality and risk management principles (e.g., quality by design, critical to quality focuses, risk assessment and risk ranking, establishment of risk thresholds and tolerance limits) when supporting innovative programs and advancing ongoing clinical programs. • Maintain accountability for ensuring risk-based strategies are utilized when managing and mitigating quality issues and supporting clinical studies, ensuring study-specific risk management activities and strategies are utilized consistently across programs.

Job Description Cyber Penetration Tester providing our customers with cybersecurity consultative services to aid them in determining the effectiveness of their deployed Cybersecurity controls within Enterprise, Public Safety, P25, E911, Computer Aided Dispatch, Fixed Video and FedRAMP networks and products. Responsibilities: Proficiency in executing comprehensive web application penetration testing is required. Understand and safely use various open-source penetration testing tools and when appropriate, emulating hacker tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs). Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for various consumers of penetration testing results. Experience with security testing and configuration review of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and security models, including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures. Understanding and practical application of the MITRE ATT&CK framework for analyzing adversary TTPs. Estimated workload is 3-4 assessments per quarter, consisting of 1-2-week assessments including report writing, maintaining a 70% billable utilization. Qualifications: Target Base Salary Range: $100,000--$110,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
