Camunda Developer

Vodafone

• Define technical architecture, produce high‑level design artefacts, and shape technology approaches and processes. • Develop and implement process automation solutions within a collaborative, multi‑team Agile environment. • Contribute hands‑on Java and microservices development aligned to sprint objectives. • Support leadership in expanding the process automation landscape for VOIS within Solstice. • Build proof‑of‑concept solutions and strengthen Camunda/BPMN capability across VOIS. • Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their Camunda BPMN expertise while supporting the development of new team members.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in Camunda Engine, BPMN, SOA, and microservice architecture.
  • Proficient in Java development with strong understanding of design patterns relevant to microservices.
  • Knowledgeable in event‑driven design and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka.
  • Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot, with awareness of CI/CD principles and tools.
  • Holds a degree or higher qualification in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
  • Able to apply independent judgement, resolve complex challenges creatively, and guide colleagues where required.
