Odoo ERP Developer, m/f/d

• Join from the start one of the world’s currently largest Odoo projects, with several thousand users who will work with the system • Support the definition of developer guidelines in the Odoo environment • Support and guide the experienced development team on their path to Odoo expertise • Develop and implement custom Odoo modules • Analyze business processes and derive technical solutions • Adapt and analyze existing ERP workflows and optimize them • Integrate Odoo with other systems and data sources • Test developments and ensure their functionality • Document developments and technical solutions in English • Support team members with technical challenges
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in Computer Science/IT, ideally with a focus on software development
- Experience developing with Python, XML and the Odoo framework
- Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Odoo certification (version 18 or higher) is a plus
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum level C1)
- Very good English language skills, spoken and written
