• Define and maintain the enterprise infrastructure target state, including principles, standards, patterns and reference architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. • Monitor the infrastructure landscape and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, performance, availability and security • Lead the development and ongoing evolution of domain-level infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture direction and business priorities • Lead the selection and implementation of infrastructure technologies, tools, and platforms. • Establish architecture guardrails that promote standardization, reuse, resilience and security by design across the organization • Work collaboratively with applications, platform, network, database, security and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. • Collaborate with business domain architects and solution architects to translate business needs into viable infrastructure capabilities • Develop and maintain documentation including reference architectures, standards, patterns and implementation guidelines. • Ensure infrastructure architecture aligns with banking requirements for regulatory compliance, data residency, and security. • Plan for capacity, scalability, and disaster recovery, including the creation and testing of backup and recovery strategies. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization’s infrastructure remains competitive and cost-effective. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff and project teams.

• Support and improve enterprise storage services in a production environment • Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill requests, execute maintenance, and keep services healthy • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage-related incidents impacting performance • Administer and support storage platforms (e.g., NetApp, Pure, Infinidat, Nimble, VMware vSAN) • Fulfill requests for new or expanded storage

• Own and operate Databricks infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization. • Build and manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. • Author and review technical designs that enable scalable, automated, and reproducible machine learning workflows. • Partner closely with data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and Infrastructure teams to align platform capabilities to real-world needs. • Drive engineering initiatives from technical planning through delivery, production rollout, and long-term maintenance. • Stay current on data platform and machine learning platform trends, applying best practices that improve platform efficiency, usability, and governance. • Coach and mentor teammates, raising the bar through strong technical feedback, thoughtful enablement, and shared ownership.

• Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments • Support and maintain on-prem technology stack across all sites • Support and collaborate on projects and other Legends Global initiatives • Partner with Cyber Security and help support their methodology and frameworks • Work with partners and internal teams to optimize and enhance the company’s technology stack • Deliver robust documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and build knowledge bases for other teams to leverage while supporting Legend Global solutions • Manage partners and related contracts that support Legends Global solutions and technology stack • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and conduct root-cause analysis • Assist with governance, compliance, and cost optimization • Mentor junior team members and assist with developing their skillsets
