• Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation for a complex IT environment • Work closely with engineers, developers, and system administrators to translate technical concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation • Develop and maintain technical documentation including user guides, system manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and API documentation • Collaborate with engineers and SMEs across development, infrastructure, and security teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy • Document system configurations, deployment procedures, and operational workflows • Maintain version-controlled documentation aligned with system updates and releases • Support ATO and compliance efforts by producing and maintaining required documentation artifacts • Ensure consistency in terminology, format, and style across all documentation

• Support the operation and administration of IBM WebSphere application server environments within a cleared, cloud-based infrastructure • Maintain server reliability • Support application deployments • Ensure the performance and availability of WebSphere-hosted workloads in an AWS environment

• Receive and process purchase requests for IT hardware parts • Collaborate with end-users to gather specific replacement information • Initiate and track procurement orders using electronic forms (Eform) • Utilize SAP for auditing purposes, entering order information, and generating invoice numbers

• Serve as a high-level technical expert on the FRIS modernization project • Lead the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software • Work closely with technical staff to define specifications and resolve complex issues • Provide guidance to junior developers

• Support a modernization project by developing, testing, and debugging new software features within Power Platform • Enhance existing applications, resolve user issues, and contribute to project documentation

• Design, implement, and support SharePoint environments (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Online). • Assist in defining governance, taxonomy, and information architecture. • Support migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives. • Monitor performance and assist with optimization and high availability configurations. • Configure and manage publishing portals, intranet/extranet sites, and enterprise content management solutions. • Configure authentication methods (NTLM, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth). • Develop and maintain technical documentation. • Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting.

• Support and improve enterprise storage services in a production environment • Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill requests, execute maintenance, and keep services healthy • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage-related incidents impacting performance • Administer and support storage platforms (e.g., NetApp, Pure, Infinidat, Nimble, VMware vSAN) • Fulfill requests for new or expanded storage

• Perform Resident Engineer (Extended Expertise) support focused on Endpoint Protection • Provide endpoint protection and response expertise including incident response, threat hunting, and SOC support • Assist with Splunk log parsing, XDR deployment, and cloud security monitoring • Help with customer enablement, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of modern web applications • Build clean and responsive user interfaces • Develop the back-end services that power the applications • Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions • Work across multiple layers of the technology stack • Integrate RESTful APIs • Familiar with version control practices using Git

• Design, operate, and continuously improve cloud environments for critical business workloads • Build scalable and resilient solutions on Amazon Web Services • Work with a wide range of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, and databases • Define infrastructure using code-driven approaches • Establish monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities
