Role Description The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their defined geographic territory and exceeding assigned revenue expectations representing Astanza’s entire aesthetic laser portfolio. Area Sales Managers will gain hands-on education with innovative and world-renowned laser technology alongside the guidance of sales methodology enabling them to confidently prospect, qualify, promote, and close sales in the field. They are also responsible for building positive relationships with private practice and medical spa providers as well as their administrative and staff members. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company core values, positioning, and messaging. Ultimately, the area sales manager will grow Astanza’s install base while establishing a positive reputation in the defined geographic region. Travel Requirements - This position requires travel of 75% or less, driving throughout assigned territory. - All sales employees are required to drive a personal vehicle for company business.
