Operations Market Lead – Europe South

• Own the Maintenance & Repair (M&R) budget and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the market such as Repair Strategy, Workshop Network, Spare Parts Inventory. • Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities. • Maintain strong vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow. • Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and cost efficiency. • Lead and develop station repair teams, ensuring consistent performance and technical capability, damage detection rates and spare parts inventory. • Track key KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, repair, or workshop management.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in a technical and operational environment.
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; travel to internal stations and external vendors within the market required.
- Proficient in maintenance or fleet management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
