Principal Sales Commissions Analyst

• Provide timely and accurate payment of Sales Compensation to the global sales team • Ensure accuracy in work while delivering on deadlines • Work with multiple challenging deliverables • Collaborate with Sales teams & Finance providing excellent analytics • Partners closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Audit for accurate commission calculations and compliance with policies and audit standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales commissions, finance, or sales operations
  • Strong understanding of commission structures and incentive compensation
  • Experience preparing accruals and supporting month-end close
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 as it relates to sales commissions
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with commission systems (SAP Commissions)
  • SaaS or subscription-based business experience
