Vertical Bridge

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue • Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling Vertical Bridge products and services • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account holders and customers • Analyze leasing and development statistics to determine sales potential and monitor performance • Track, measure, and evaluate sales and customer satisfaction metrics and trends • Collaborate and partner with Regional Leasing Managers on revenue targets and growth opportunities • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports • Update sales pipeline regularly and maintain for accuracy • Responsible for hitting annual goal and preparing plans and progress reports to demonstrate ability to achieve the budget • Maintain Salesforce for contact records and documentation for all meetings, calls, and emails • Formulate innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and internal teams to drive revenue growth • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or similar relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience managing large, national level business accounts required, 7+ preferred
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in wireless sales
  • Previous tower and/or other communication infrastructure experience is preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate or related business is preferred
  • Previous experience with CRM software and tools
  • Required to have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of sales processes and metrics with proven sales success
  • Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical and critical thinking, and complex problem solving
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills combined with ability to work independently under firm deadlines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment with a high level of productivity.
