Airalo
• As a Product Designer, you will play a supporting role in designing user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for our B2B digital products. • We’re looking for someone who can clearly communicate their thinking and ideas. A design practitioner, who is constantly striving to improve their design skills, work contributions and to be an active member of the Product Design Guild. • You will work in lockstep with peers from Design, Product Management, Research, Engineering, and Growth to ensure that our strategy is executed and delivered to our business customers within the design standards set together with the utmost attention to detail. • You can complete tasks with minimal assistance and you will also take ownership of small to medium sized initiatives. You will help to deploy the design vision for our highly successful Airalo products in the Partner Experience division (B2B).
Job Requirements
- 2+ years or similar of dedicated experience in Product Design at a tech startup or product-focused agency.
- You are a designer at heart with evidence of the Product Design craft, sweating on the UI details and striving to make the best experience possible.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and the rationale behind them. Experience designing and testing native mobile and SaaS web applications for B2B.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English - ideally with experience crafting UX copy and microcopy.
- A good portfolio demonstrating your Product Design skill set - online or downloadable PDF.
- General knowledge of Figma, Figjam and Adobe design and motion tools in order to create our digital products.
- Experience in creating material to support new features such as process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, product specification documentation.
- Ability to keep a balance between user-centered feedback, development and product goals during the Product Design process in order to deliver the best end product.
- Experience working within Lean and / or Agile processes, knowledge of relevant practices and tools e.g., JIRA etc.
- Be able to help create and facilitate design workshops and ideation sessions.
- Handle and prioritize your time and projects autonomously - comfortable to define and drive the vision for your work, even when navigating some ambiguity.
