• Provide technical guidance on implementing Momentum in a cloud environment as part of a financial and acquisition management system for a Cabinet Level Agency. • Direct and perform technical tasks including analysis, requirements development, technical configuration, system performance testing as part of an implementation of Momentum. • Recommend system improvements in the following specialties as they pertain to Momentum: information systems architecture, networking, cloud environment configuration, performance testing, automation, security, communications, software life-cycle management, modeling and simulation.

• Own QA for each release from start to production • Master end-to-end user flows • Identify: Edge cases, Logical inconsistencies, UX issues, Technical or data-related risks • Challenge product and UX choices when necessary • Structure and prioritize QA feedback for developers • Collaborate closely with the CTO during iterations • Help define a solid QA approach even with incomplete specs

• Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) results • Drive supplier compliance to Source Substantiation Plans or design intent verification • Act as the technical focal point to coordinate supplier quality activities with internal cross-functional teams • Interfacing with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality procedures, product drawings, and specification requirements • Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation • Perform supplier product audits, ensuring compliance, and drive improvement plans • Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Supplier Quality Operations and New Product Introduction / Management of Change (MOC) teams as required • Provide supplier product release direction when part approval cycles are not complete • Communicate with direct colleagues and the business on the status of First Article Inspection (FAI) and Significant Process Substantiation (SPS) • Provide onsite support at suppliers, as needed (approximately 15% travel)

• Drive product qualifications and quality improvements for key performance indicators (KPIs) of suppliers within the Investment Casting supply chain including quality plan implementation • Own supplier First Article Inspection results and drive supplier compliance to Source Substantiation Plans or design intent verification • Provide supplier product release direction when part approval cycles are not complete while also being the internal quality focal for those parts • Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Supplier Quality Operations and New Product Introduction / Management of Change teams as required • Understand how the team integrates with other teams outside of Quality to meet short term and long term business objectives
