• Own and scale profitable Meta ads for GNO Partners, consistently generating qualified, show-up calls within target costs at $60k+/month ad spend, while improving funnel performance over time. • Plan, build and manage Meta campaigns for: Application funnels to book-a-call funnels, Lead magnet funnels feeding to sales calls. • Set up and maintain tracking (Pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, UTMs, offline events) and troubleshoot issues. • Own weekly reporting: key KPIs, insights, and clear action plan. • Analyze full funnel (impressions → click → opt-in → call booked → show → sale) and propose fixes beyond “change targeting.” • Collaborate with founder/copy/design on new angles, offers, and creatives. • Document structures, naming conventions, and SOPs.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years running Meta ads specifically for coaches / agencies / B2B service businesses.
- Proven history managing $60k+/month on Meta for at least 6 consecutive months.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified calls under $500 for 2+ years.
- Hands-on experience with call funnels and/or application funnels and lead magnet funnels.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and sales pipelines, not just front-end CPL.
- Solid tech: Events Manager, CAPI, custom conversions, UTMs, basic GA4/attribution, CRM (Pipedrive).
- Excellent written English and clear, structured thinking.

Job Summary & Responsibilities The Senior Director of Business Marketing will lead product and segment marketing teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives to meet revenue and client diversification goals.
