• Define and own the end-to-end traceability and verification strategy, aligning requirements with design, implementation, and certification (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A) • Establish and continuously improve systems engineering processes and governance • Lead safety assessment activities (FHA, SSA, FTA) • Serve as the SME for systems engineering standards and regulatory compliance (FAA, EASA) • Maintain current knowledge of evolving UAS regulations and proactively adapt practices • Lead the systems engineering and architecture team, providing technical direction on complex system-of-systems challenges • Own system architecture decisions, trade studies, and requirements decomposition across all domains • Drive the selection and implementation of requirements management and MBSE tools • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing systems engineering team • Partner with cross-functional teams (Software, Hardware, Ops) and Product Management to ensure alignment and seamless system integration

• Design and document end-to-end architecture solutions, including software, hardware, communications, and integration components • Develop high-level system design diagrams, architectural blueprints, and system interface specifications • Ensure system designs support current and future operational, functional, and technical requirements • Validate alignment of system designs with IM (Information Management) solution requirements across APIs, platform capabilities, and external system interactions • Ensure compliance with the common operating environment and enterprise technology standards • Identify, evaluate, and present options for system improvements, including software/hardware upgrades or replacements • Conduct analytical and systematic assessment of workflow, organizational structure, and planning processes • Recommend and develop corrective actions to optimize system performance and user efficiency • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, project management, and operations teams to ensure cohesive system integration • Provide guidance on technical risks, dependencies, and architectural tradeoffs • Support system implementation and transition activities as needed

• Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across operations, sales, marketing, support, fulfillment and finance functions • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Build relationships, network, and work closely with business users and business leadership to understand existing business processes, define new business processes, build roadmaps, set priorities, and execute complex projects. • Present ideas, designs, and areas of expertise to business user groups, including management, for alignment and signoff • Document detailed requirements and solution designs using visualization tools like LucidCharts • Carry out functional testing and assist the QA review process for Change Approvals. • Assist the Business Systems Department in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests, estimating effort, developing detailed project plans with a timeline, managing cutover tasks, tracking delivery to timelines, and communicating status with appropriate cadence. • Maintain systems team backlog, including building out and configuring tools, ensuring it is clear, complete, and up to date • Manage release planning, ensuring RACI model is defined and being followed • Provide reporting on systems team performance and impact and help with goal planning and tracking

• Provide deep technical expertise and enterprise-level support for injection molding machinery and related systems • Drive equipment performance optimization, lifecycle planning, and benchmarking of alternate suppliers • Partner with the Principal Tooling Engineer for alignment between mold and machine system design • Support plants in troubleshooting, obsolescence mitigation, and performance upgrades • Lead the evaluation of RPSNAB’s installed injection asset base to identify risks and upgrade opportunities • Collaborate with engineering teams to define standards for injection machinery configuration, safety, and metrics • Define root causes and recommend corrective actions for chronic equipment issues • Maintain the injection asset database including lifecycle stage, obsolescence risk, and key performance metrics • Support the refurbishment program from the machine systems perspective • Provide training support on new injection platforms and system modifications.
