Solution Architect
Insider One
• Proactively engage with and reach out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers. Utilize information on customer business, industry, needs, competitive landscape, and key priorities to support the customer's digital transformation. • Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments. • Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value (e.g., optimizing solutions and costs) and moves the customer forward from pilots to productive deployments by rooting pilots in business impact. • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment process and provide solutions. • Identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers (e.g., changing configurations, sample coding) to accelerate architecture implementations, and route non-technical issues for removal by appropriate parties. • Proactively engage with product and support teams (e.g., engineering) to remediate blockers by conveying impact. • Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Insider One by cultivating customer affinity with Insider One solutions that drive impact for the customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
- Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring the successful implementation of customer projects.
- Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
- Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, database technologies.
- You have strong product command and technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming.
- Strong communication skills in English and German.
