Solutions Engineer
Jump - Advisor AI
• Translate complex customer needs into clear, scalable technical solutions • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle • Lead technical discovery with mid-market and enterprise prospects • Design end-to-end solutions spanning integrations, data flows, and system architecture • Produce clear technical diagrams and solution documentation • Partner with Sales as the technical lead on complex deals • Deliver tailored product demos for technical and non-technical audiences • Address questions around architecture, security, data models, and integrations • Advise on and support integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems • Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and unblock complex implementations • Scope and lead proofs of concept (POCs) for strategic prospects • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues during onboarding and implementation • Share structured customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products, ideally in a growth-stage startup
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms
- Familiarity with data models, SQL, and how data moves across systems
- Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Go)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
