AI Platform Engineer
Gatekeeper
• Implement and deploy AI agents into internal Gatekeeper workflows. • Work directly with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Professional Services) to understand processes and identify high-impact AI use cases. • Configure agent behaviour through prompts across different tools, rules and guardrails. • Integrate AI agents with existing systems, data sources and internal tools via APIs, webhooks and integrations. • Use Python for orchestration, data handling, light automation and evaluation. • Test, iterate and refine AI agents based on real usage and feedback. • Monitor deployed agents for accuracy, reliability and business impact, escalating issues where deeper platform changes are needed. • Collaborate with the Senior AI Platform Engineer on agent standards, tooling, observability, governance and ROI. • Document implementations and help establish repeatable internal AI deployment patterns.
Job Requirements
- Strong Python experience for scripting, automation and AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience implementing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems (agents, copilots, automations, RAG, decision support, etc.).
- Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks or third-party tools.
- Comfort working with data from multiple sources (documents, forms, databases, SaaS tools).
- Ability to reason AI behaviour, failure modes and edge cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with internal stakeholders.
- Experience using AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar).
- High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not theory.

Job Details An Infrastructure & Identity Architect is critical to the infrastructure that underpins Identity Management by deciding how users, devices, and applications authenticate and access resources securely, drives automation, and supports Cencora's growth through acceleration of mergers/acquisitions. This role will define identity standards and target architecture (e.g., Active Directory and Microsoft Entra), choose authentication methods (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access), and design authorization models (roles, least privilege, privileged access). They ensure identity services are resilient, compliant, and scalable, guide integrations using common protocols (SAML/OIDC/OAuth), and lead modernization efforts such as hybrid identity and legacy auth retirement.
