Marketing / Growth Manager – CFD & Trading

• Build the full marketing strategy from scratch • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing plans • Take full ownership of outcomes, not just ideas • Design and optimize full acquisition funnels: awareness → engagement → conversion → deposit → trading activity • Work hands-on with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, search-driven traffic) • Understand trader behavior, activation triggers, and conversion logic • Improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and FTD quality • Set up analytics, attribution, and dashboards • Track and improve CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, FTDs, trading volume • Make data-driven decisions and clearly explain results • Define content and SMM strategy across key platforms • Oversee educational and trading-related content • Build and execute SEO strategy (keywords, content, authority) • Select, onboard, and manage external contractors • Build credibility in regulated, high-risk markets • Work closely with compliance on messaging and risk disclosures • Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, and content
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing or growth roles within:
- CFD / FX brokerages
- trading platforms
- iGaming / betting
- fintech or other high-risk digital products
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- performance marketing
- funnels and conversion optimization
- analytics and KPI tracking
- Practical understanding of how traders choose and use a brokerage
- Experience working independently and owning results
- English C1 (spoken and written)
