Network Analyst
ScalableOS
• Monitor network performance and availability, ensuring uptime and performance levels meet or exceed defined SLAs • Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to network-related incidents • Configure, maintain, and optimize network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls • Maintain and manage firewall security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security requirements • Perform network troubleshooting and log analysis to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex, multi-layered technical issues • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for network-related concerns • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date network inventories • Participate in the design and implementation of network solutions, including: Network architecture and design, VLAN management, Routing and switching, Wireless networking, Load balancing, VPN configurations • Continuously evaluate network performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in network operations, maintenance, or a similar role
- Fortinet NSE or CCNA certification preferred
- Strong background in routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking
- Solid experience with network troubleshooting and log analysis
- Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls (Fortinet/FortiGate experience is a strong plus)
- Strong technical skills in: FortiGate configuration, Network design and security compliance, VLAN management, Routing and switching, Wireless networking, Load balancing, VPN configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
