Boeing Phantom Works has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Network Designer to join us as part of the Virtual Warfare Center team located in Berkeley, MO. The Virtual Warfare Center's Infrastructure team is responsible for the design, maintenance, and operation of the computing, networking, audio visual, and physical environment. The VWC has several locations across the United States dedicated to large scale Modeling & Simulation engagements. Position Responsibilities: Leads the identification, analysis and documentation of requirements for network transport technologies and services. • Provides leadership and guides in developing and coordinating network strategies for the full lifecycle of certificate management. • Solutions for enterprise infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and third-party network management in support of Centene's business objectives. • Manages strategic business relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, internal and external business partners. • Direct, manage and support the Team responsible for the full lifecycle of certificates (internal and external). • Inventory, discovery, monitoring, renewal, replacement, and revocation. • Proactively manage processes / Team for certificate expirations to prevent service disruptions. • Oversee troubleshooting certificate-related issues across applications, operating systems, and network devices. • Develops the strategic IT plan enabling network services to be delivered through consistent approaches and solutions. • Identifies opportunities to drive value for Centene through the network services strategy. • Defines and maintains all network services key performance indicators (KPI) metrics. • Accountable for the management of access, security, continuity, and maintenance of network services. • Works closely with IT leadership to ensure network changes and enhancement projects are reviewed, agreed upon, and scheduled.
