• Aggressive Prospecting: Identify and sign large exporters and importers who require sophisticated FX and payment solutions. • Relationship Management: Build deep connections with "Real Companies"—businesses that interact daily with bank trading desks (Mesas de Dinero). • Expert Consulting: Navigate complex discussions regarding foreign exchange (divisas), international commerce regulations, and cross-border payment flows. • Field Sales: Actively schedule and attend face-to-face meetings to showcase our product and close high-stakes contracts.
Job Requirements
- Industry Expert: Proven track record in Traditional Banking or FX Trading Desks (Mesas de Dinero).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade, import/export logistics, and exchange rate mechanics.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You are obsessed with talking to people and have a "get it done" attitude. You don't wait for leads; you create them.
- Sector Familiarity: Experience working with major Colombian export sectors (Agriculture, Commodities, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Seniority: This is a role for an experienced professional who understands the nuances of B2B financial sales.
