Job Description

Support Analyst

Kryptus SA

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in diverse and complex environments; • Perform tests, reproduce errors, analyze log files, and provide accurate analysis to the Development team; • Perform installation and configuration of systems and appliances at client sites, including functional testing and stability validation; • Handle level 1 and 2 support tickets, performing remote or on-site diagnostics, applying regular preventive and corrective fixes and maintenance; • Escalate critical cases to technical leadership, providing clear context and impact; • Provide code examples, technical materials, and tailored guidance according to client needs; • Create scripts and tools to aid diagnosis or configuration; • Populate internal knowledge bases and FAQs with common questions, solutions, and procedures; • Log known bugs clearly, documenting reproducibility; • Properly update the support systems (ITSM) with complete interaction records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix) and Windows, networking, information security, and software architecture;
  • Experience with log analysis, technical troubleshooting, and functional testing;
  • Ability to understand complex systems with multiple configurations and branches;
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticket management, and technical support;
  • Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation;
  • Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash);
  • Programming logic;
  • Advanced technical English (written and spoken);
  • Experience in server installation and management, including rack mounting and cabling equipment to power distribution units (PDU) and network switches;
  • Availability to provide support outside regular hours (weeknights and weekends) on an on-call rotation;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
