• Research and identify target companies (marketing agencies, brands, influencer networks) similar to our existing partners • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting to find relevant decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Partnership Managers) • Find email addresses and direct contact information using available tools (Hunter.io, RocketReach, Apollo.io, etc.) • Write personalized cold outreach emails with strong subject lines and compelling messaging • Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and build relationships through meaningful engagement • Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to assess fit and potential partnership opportunities • Track all outreach activity, responses, and leads in a CRM or spreadsheet for reporting • Provide weekly/bi-weekly updates on lead quality, outreach metrics, and partnership opportunities • Iterate on messaging and approach based on response rates and feedback
Job Requirements
- Experience with B2B lead generation and cold outreach (email/LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with email finding and verification tools (Hunter.io, RocketReach, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Strong writing skills: ability to craft compelling cold emails that get responses
- Sales mindset: comfortable with rejection, persistent, and data-driven in your approach
- CRM basics: comfortable tracking leads in Airtable, Google Sheets, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Research skills: ability to quickly identify target companies and decision-makers
- Self-motivated: work independently with minimal supervision; own your outcomes.
