Business Development Representative

• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to build a predictable pipeline that meets quarterly revenue goals. • Execute outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn using tools such as Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Instantly, and Expandi. • Identify, research, and reach out to target accounts using an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) approach. • Engage prospects through personalized sequences – sharing educational content, handling objections, and nurturing until ready for demo. • Qualify prospects and schedule demo meetings for Account Executives. • Manage your own pipeline, track engagement, and continuously refine messaging for better conversion. • Collaborate with marketing on social media initiatives — occasionally helping to publish posts, track engagement, and understand social media algorithms to improve brand visibility. • Report on outreach metrics, activity levels, and conversion performance weekly.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding meeting and pipeline goals.
  • Understanding of ABM methodology and multi-channel outreach.
  • Advanced English and Ukrainian (strong written and verbal communication).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and BDR tools (Apollo, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Expandi, etc.).
  • Strong organization and time-management skills – able to handle multiple sequences, leads, and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand how cybersecurity SaaS products work.
  • Resilience: you thrive under pressure, handle rejection with professionalism, and see every “no” as a step closer to “yes.”
