• Be deeply immersed in AI software engineering and understand the inefficiencies and pain points of enterprise customers related to the SDLC • Drive targeted outreach campaigns as part of our ABM strategy through phone, email, and social channels to engage enterprise prospects and book ICP-qualified meetings • Navigate complex organizations: map stakeholders, multi-thread across roles and levels, and tailor messaging to different personas and functions • Handle prospect interactions with care: build trust quickly, lead with curiosity, and adjust in real time based on signals from the conversation • Craft and iterate on compelling messaging that resonates with our ICP, experimenting across channels and pivoting based on results • Take full ownership of your individual targets and effectively qualify opportunities that drive success downstream • Bring structured insights from the field back to the team: surface patterns, objections, and prospect signals that improve our GTM • Utilize a highly efficient, AI-based outreach system to focus on what matters: connecting with our prospects

• Own end-to-end creation of all visual assets in the form of digital, print, and experiential mediums across multiple GTM channels including paid, website, white papers, webinars, events, and sales enablement • Create a marketing design system that equips the broader team to self-serve with templates and components in alignment with our brand guidelines in Figma • Act as the central point of contact for all bespoke GTM design requests and create a simple and efficient intake and design process to drive business outcomes • Collaborate with our external brand agency and specialised contractors on larger projects like design system iterations, video creatives, brand evolution, and website overhauls • Develop a design community of practice in collaboration with Product Design to elevate the way we tell Ona's story cohesively across all functions

• Own end-to-end technical success of enterprise customers in post-sales, from proof of value through renewal and expansion • Design and implement optimal Ona environments and provide hands-on technical coaching to drive success • Deeply understand customer workflows and AI developer initiatives • Improve onboarding efficiency through tooling development and product feedback • Develop repeatability through documentation, resources, programs, and workshops to drive enterprise customer success at scale

• Own network troubleshooting for enterprise customers – lead escalations, dissect packet captures, and resolve VPC, DNS, firewall, and deep packet inspection issues that block Ona deployments • Design secure cloud network architectures – partner with customer architects to produce peerings, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, or Shared VPC designs that meet zero-trust and compliance requirements • Build tooling & runbooks – create Cloud-formation templates, scripts, and docs that automate diagnostics and shorten time-to-resolution for future installs • Champion customer feedback – reproduce edge-case defects, file clear issues/PRs, create SOPs and influence Ona’s roadmap for network-related features • Act as a product champion - Suggest product changes to improve networking for our customers and directly drive and implement those changes • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales and Engineering – join pre and post sales workshops to de-risk network blockers and articulate Ona’s networking model to non-network stakeholders • Bias for building - If our customer’s have a problem, you will spring into action to build a solution for them, powered by Ona Agents
