Developer
Enfinity Global
• Play a critical role in advancing Enfinity Global’s renewable energy portfolio across the Americas. • Lead and manage direct relationships with landowners, ensuring long-term trust and alignment. • Conduct and coordinate field visits to evaluate sites and support due diligence. • Conduct community outreach efforts and represent Enfinity Global at public meetings. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs across project phases. • Support land acquisition efforts and maintain accurate documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Environmental Studies, Real Estate, Planning, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy development, real estate development, infrastructure, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with landowners, local communities, and public stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale renewable energy development processes (solar and/or storage preferred).
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling frequently within assigned regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate independently while coordinating across geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with utility-scale solar and/or energy storage projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with permitting processes at the local and state level in the U.S.
- Background in rural land negotiations or community-facing infrastructure projects.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, particularly for projects across the Americas.
