• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive level correspondence • Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive • Track deadlines, reminders, and follow up actions to ensure nothing is missed • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed • Protect confidential information and manage communication with professionalism
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience supporting executives in international or remote settings is a plus
