• Define and implement the national commercial strategy for Business Assurance in Poland. • Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture. • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and pipeline development across all service lines. • Oversee key accounts and support complex negotiations and strategic partnerships. • Identify and develop new market opportunities, sectors, and strategic clients. • Promote cross-selling and collaboration across Business Lines. • Monitor commercial KPIs, forecasts, and budget performance. • Ensure accurate reporting, CRM governance, and data-driven decision-making. • Represent Intertek in industry events and strengthen brand positioning in the Polish market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management or Head of Sales roles.
  • Experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) and Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.
