Graphic Designer
NeoWork
• Design sales and marketing assets including: • Social media ads • Blog and website graphics • Internal sales materials • Simple funnel and landing page visuals - - Take ownership of design tasks from early or mid-stage concepts through final delivery. - Ensure brand consistency across all assets. - Perform self-editing and quality checks before delivering work. - Manage multiple design requests and deadlines. - Collaborate with team members in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Comfortable using Canva for marketing and sales assets.
- Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing and sales-focused design work.
- Preferred Tools**
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Canva.
- Figma (nice to have).
- Basic experience with funnel or landing page design tools is a plus.
