• Work directly with customers to deploy, customize, and troubleshoot Firecrawl in production environments • Lead technical implementation for priority accounts from integration to optimization • Debug complex real-world issues involving APIs, crawling systems, data pipelines, and infrastructure constraints • Build reusable solutions, templates, and deployment playbooks based on recurring customer needs • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams • Collaborate closely with core engineers to improve reliability, performance, and usability • Define and document best practices for implementing Firecrawl at scale • Own customer issues end-to-end, ensuring successful outcomes without heavy process dependencies

• work with the engineering team to design the infrastructure to power our products and protocols. • work with the leadership team to build out and scale our security systems and processes to protect our company, products, and protocols from attackers. • design CI/CD processes that are resilient, scalable, and useful. • create monitoring systems that track important metrics and logs in a highly legible and accessible way, while making it easy for engineers to be alerted on anomalous behaviors. • invent internal tooling to solve problems proactively, as you notice common needs and pain points.

• Working with the Data Science Production Engineering team, to design and develop a Genomics Data System. • Develop genomics data file retrieve and archive solutions from various data sources and platforms, e.g., DNAnexus, AWS HealthOmics. • Develop databases that record and manage metadata of the genomics data files. • Develop automation solutions for genomics data file retrieval and metadata management. • Test, deploy, and maintain such systems. • Write technical documentations for such systems. • Provide training and technical support for other team members.

• Configure, deploy and support CI/CD pipelines (GHA, Gitlab CI, Jenkins). • Automate builds/tests/packaging/deployments for Embedded/Android but also Cloud applications. • Design, implement and maintain firmware signing systems including: PKI infrastructure , certificate lifecycle management, and secure key handling. • HSM (Hardware Security Module) setup, configuration, and integration with signing services. • Integration of signing workflows into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Develop automation for secure key provisioning, rotation and access management. • Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools , including: SAST (Static Application Security Testing) DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) CVE scanners (dependencies, container images, firmware components) Secret scanning and SBOM generation tooling • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience.
