• Execute daily fund flows: Coordinate stablecoin settlements, oversee tokenized share issuance, and manage complex smart contract interactions. • Manage DeFi liquidity & routing: Direct cross-chain liquidity and connect our tokenized RWA products into broader DeFi protocols. • Build intelligent monitoring: Design workflows that automate complex reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems. • Oversee risk & financial reporting: Maintain precise transaction logs, prepare daily/monthly financial reports, and build intelligent alerting systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate operational bottlenecks into scalable improvements.

• Work cross-functionally with the Analytics, Data & Architecture, Corporate (and broader) FP&A, and HR teams to design enterprise-grade models and applications. • Design & create new models to streamline FP&A planning & forecasting processes. • Assist with maintaining existing models including top-line forecast, workforce planning, and P&L planning & reporting models. • Maintain documentation of all relevant architecture and operational functionality for any models created or updated. • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Senior Manager, FP&A Data and Systems, VP FP&A, Corporate, and the rest of the FP&A team.

• As a FinServ Vertical Manager you will be a Single-Threaded Owner to launch and scale our Financial Services vertical. • You will operate as the Mini-CEO of this business unit, taking the vertical from its current state to $50M+ ARR. • Leading the entire performance of the Vertical from defining the offer, to commercial execution to custom improvement on the products. • You own the North Star metrics for the FinServ vertical. You aren't just hitting targets; you are deploying resources to maximize ROI. • Define a 3-year strategic vision. Identify the Defensible Moats that will make us the infrastructure partner of choice. • You lead the GTM efforts for the vertical, managing a dedicated pod of Account Executives and acting as the Executive Point of Contact for our Whale accounts.

• Implement financial aid policies as directed, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, audit requirements and the organization’s policies. • Review financial aid applications and eligibility documentation submitted by the student to determine eligibility for financial aid awards. • Provide information through the student information system, to admissions and advising team members, in an effort to obtain missing documentation needed from the student to complete the financial aid application. • Maintain minimum weekly award package completion rates as defined by Student Financial Aid leadership. • Maintain accurate knowledge of the organization’s products and services. • Remain current in the financial aid field through professional development, such as workshops, conferences, state and regional associations and course work. • Ensure accurate and effective representation of the organization and follow-through with prospective students, enrolled students, business community and high school officials. • Prepare financial aid award packages based on documentation submitted. • Follow processes and procedures that streamline the awarding and delivery of the aid programs. • Review and certify private loan applications on a weekly basis.
