Job Description

Lead FP&A Applications Manager

Coupa Software

• Work cross-functionally with the Analytics, Data & Architecture, Corporate (and broader) FP&A, and HR teams to design enterprise-grade models and applications. • Design & create new models to streamline FP&A planning & forecasting processes. • Assist with maintaining existing models including top-line forecast, workforce planning, and P&L planning & reporting models. • Maintain documentation of all relevant architecture and operational functionality for any models created or updated. • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Senior Manager, FP&A Data and Systems, VP FP&A, Corporate, and the rest of the FP&A team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related fields.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated technical Anaplan work experience building models in a fast-paced SaaS Finance environment.
  • Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADO, Polaris and Anaplan Workflow a plus.
  • Detailed knowledge of Enterprise SaaS financial reporting and planning for metrics including ARR (and related KPIs), Billings, Subscription Revenues and Retention Rate.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively and methodically solve problems with a data-driven approach.
  • Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
  • Ability to deal with conflict, manage expectations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort in process mapping and documentation creation.
  • Experience with enterprise software tools such as Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, and Coupa.
