Job Description

Financial Services Business Manager

Veriff

• As a FinServ Vertical Manager you will be a Single-Threaded Owner to launch and scale our Financial Services vertical. • You will operate as the Mini-CEO of this business unit, taking the vertical from its current state to $50M+ ARR. • Leading the entire performance of the Vertical from defining the offer, to commercial execution to custom improvement on the products. • You own the North Star metrics for the FinServ vertical. You aren't just hitting targets; you are deploying resources to maximize ROI. • Define a 3-year strategic vision. Identify the Defensible Moats that will make us the infrastructure partner of choice. • You lead the GTM efforts for the vertical, managing a dedicated pod of Account Executives and acting as the Executive Point of Contact for our Whale accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Your DNA is roughly 50% Executive Seller, 30% Product Strategist, and 20% Operator.
  • You are likely a former Founder, a high-level Chief of Staff, or a Vertical Head at a top-tier FinTech.
  • Deep Vertical Fluency: You speak "FinServ." You understand KYC, AML, and local compliance regulations better than the clients do.
  • Bias for Action: You are decisive and optimize for velocity.
  • Bureaucracy-Averse: You want to build a "business within a business" and prefer the high-stakes environment of a scaling vertical over the safety of a slow-moving corporate structure.

Benefits

  • Flexibility to work from home
  • Stock options that ensure your share in our success
  • Extra recharge days on top of your annual vacation
  • Comprehensive relocation support to Estonia or Spain
  • Extensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure you’re feeling great physically and mentally
  • Learning and Development & Health and Sports budget that you are free to tailor to your own needs
  • Four weeks of fully paid sabbatical leave after reaching your 5th work anniversary
