FP&A Intern

SPARTEO

• You will support the Senior FP&A in daily operations and continuous improvement projects. • Assist in the monthly and annual closing process in coordination with the Accounting team. • Update and produce monthly management reports (P&L analysis, KPI tracking). • Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget vs. N-1) to explain financial performance. • Conduct ad-hoc profitability studies (by product, project, or business line). • Monitor operational costs (OPEX) and identify optimization opportunities. • Prepare presentation decks for business reviews with operational managers and top management. • Support the construction of the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. • Consolidate data provided by department heads and ensure data reliability. • Participate in the improvement of reporting tools (automation of Excel/Google Sheets files). • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of BI tools (Business Intelligence) and ERP systems. • Help streamline financial processes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree (Gap year or End-of-studies) from a Top Business School or University (Finance/Audit).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SumIfs is the bare minimum; Index/Match or Macros is a plus).
  • Mindset: "Data-driven" and "Problem-solver." You don't just find an error; you find the solution.
  • Language: Fluent in English & French.
