Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
CVS Health
• Responsible for financial forecasting and analysis within the Medicare Pharmacy segment • Work cross-functionally with actuarial, underwriting, accounting, finance, sales, and performance management teams • Build and maintain forecast models and assumptions • Understand the business and PBM fees, selling expenses, and administrative costs • Oversee building and maintaining forecast and budget models for SG&A • Develop and communicate financial projection assumptions • Create effective reporting to support leadership reviews during quarterly projection cycles • Analyze drivers of variances to forecasts and budgets • Enhance processes to incorporate additional financial detail
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience
- Deep understanding of financial management
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Medicare or Pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively amid competing priorities
- Experience with Hyperion financial planning system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience
