• Senior SAP FI Consultant with strong experience in implementation, migration, and support of financial processes in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Rise environments. • Responsible for participating in digital transformation projects within the finance area, ensuring process optimization and compliance with local and international regulations. • Implement and configure SAP FI modules (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-GL, and Bank Accounting). • Develop solutions for automating financial processes and work on integration between SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, and MM) and external systems.

• Handling of tickets • Provide 1st and 2nd level of support to SAP Basis issues reported by the monitoring tools • Escalate alerts that require further support • Create a P2 ticket for any production system having performance issues • Create a P1 ticket for any production system having availability issues • Document tickets with the troubleshooting performed for the upcoming issues • Perform Health Checks • Log into the systems at SAP application level and through the specified Transaction Codes validate the integrity of the system • Log into the systems at OS level and validate the integrity of the system using the given commands • Generate reports • Create and/or update documentation • Drive communication

• Provide support and maintenance for SAP TM operations, ensuring continuity and stability of logistics processes • Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and issues related to freight, transport planning, and execution • Perform freight assembly activities (Freight Unit Building, Freight Order, Freight Booking), ensuring logistics optimization • Work on freight billing processes (Freight Settlement) and integration with financial modules • Analyze and propose improvements to transportation processes to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive solutions • Collaborate closely with business areas, IT, and other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI) • Support functional testing, user acceptance (UAT), and validation of enhancements or fixes in the environment • Document solutions, processes, and operational procedures
