• Oversee and cultivate relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. • Develop, implement, and manage tailored marketing strategies encompassing HubSpot, SEO, AEO, and Paid Advertising. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize client campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. • Lead SEO and AEO initiatives, conducting comprehensive audits and analysis to enhance visibility and drive traffic. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure cohesive execution of client strategies and projects. • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, providing insights, reporting on KPIs, and recommending strategies for continued improvement. • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, including HubSpot enhancements, SEO developments, AEO techniques, and paid advertising advancements. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior account managers and team members. • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing client accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or digital marketing, with proven expertise in HubSpot, SEO, AEO, and paid advertising.
- B2B Marketing Agency Experience
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts and projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, especially HubSpot, and digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client relations.
- A creative and strategic thinker who is results-driven and committed to client success.
