• Support the daily operations of our Partnership Program. • Focus on performance monitoring, reporting, CPA reconciliation, partner support, and operational coordination. • Run and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for IBs and Affiliates. • Prepare detailed reports on: Trading volume, Deposits, Active clients, CPA performance. • Identify areas to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. • Assist in developing internal reporting templates and automation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or similar role, typically 5+ years in a supervisory position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments and staff.
- Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
- Ability to identify system limitations and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and contributing to organizational goals.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on departmental performance and efficiency.

Role Description The SmartMeter team is looking for a resource that can add capacity to our SM OC UIQ analyst team. This would be for a career (junior, non-senior) level resource. We are looking for a start date in the next 3-5 weeks but are flexible for the right candidate. The duration is for the remainder of the year with a high likelihood of extending into next year if their performance meets our needs and expectations. A job description is attached. This will be a competitive interview after an internal screening process to select the top candidates. Job Duties - Analyzes existing SmartMeter application interfaces and tools, prepares logical models and procedures, creates SQL code and scheduling scripts, and tests/debugs the application interfaces and tools. - Diagnoses, isolates and corrects data and performance faults in the systems involved. - Prepares and obtains approval of system and development documentation. - Executes planned and ad-hoc corrective maintenance to sustain continuous system operations. - Analyze, evaluate, debug and diagnose bugs, incidents and exceptions in existing SmartMeter applications, interfaces, processes, and procedures. - Identify and correct any discrepancies in the data collected, reported and processed in the SmartMeter systems. - Interacts with users, business stakeholders and team members, typically discussing and reporting progress of requests and individual incidents. - Executes quality control tasks as directed. - Provide oversight for the 24-hour clock packages processing to ensure timely bill delivery as agreed to with Meter to Cash Customer Care organization metrics and service level agreements. - Provide back up support and recommendations for failed processing related to the 24-hour clock packages to be processed timely to ensure customer web presentment and bill print of accurate usage file data. - Develops conversion and implementation plans. - Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of SmartMeter systems’ business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. - Proposes enhancements to procedures, processes and tools based on experiences with current methods. - Provide timely, professional, straight forward (non-technical) communications. - May also interact with suppliers and contractors when warranted.
