Growth Leads
• Own and grow our websites for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Build and execute a strong SEO and content strategy that fits the region’s search behavior and local regulations • Localize content and UX to meet user expectations and compliance requirements • Work with a team of writers, editors, and designers – and expand the team as needed • Track and optimize key metrics: traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue • Keep an eye on regulatory changes within the marketplace (you don’t need to be a lawyer, but you’ll need to stay up to date) • Run competitor research and find new opportunities for growth • Own the P&L for your market and report performance regularly • Test new ideas: campaigns, features, acquisition channels – see what works • Support and scale trading-related content and campaigns for the German market, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations • Identify audience trends and behavior in the trading vertical to optimize acquisition and engagement strategies
Job Requirements
- Native-level German speaker with fluency in English
- At least 5 years of experience in SEO and content, ideally within affiliate marketing or lead generation
- Proven track record in iGaming, sports betting, finance, or trading
- Strong knowledge of user behavior and market trends in the DACH region
- Experience in multi-channel acquisition including SEO, paid media, and social
- Familiar with local gambling and financial regulations, including compliance for trading content
- Skilled in performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, native advertising, and paid social
- Confident in developing and executing strategies for trading-focused audiences in Germany
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and multiple websites
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and grow digital assets
- Proficient in WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is a plus
- Analytical and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with others
