Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute creative ad strategies that drive performance across paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, YouTube). - Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Manager to align creative with campaign goals, priorities, and performance insights. - Research audiences, trends, and competitors to inform creative strategy. - Create high-performing, scroll-stopping image ads and video, optimized for paid media placements. - Write compelling hooks, captions, and customer-focused ad copy, translating product benefits into engaging storytelling. - Test variations in hooks, messaging angles, and calls-to-action; develop and test creative frameworks, proactively suggesting new ideas. - Develop, own, and enforce the end-to-end process for ideation → ad development → testing → feedback → iteration, using creative asset management tools. - Continuously refresh, remix, and expand on winning creatives to maximize performance. - Review ad performance regularly with the Paid Media Manager, understanding KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative contributes to them. - Use performance insights to iterate and improve creative over time. - Collaborate with the Influencer team to craft and refine briefs for UGC video content. - Review creator content and provide actionable feedback to strengthen performance. Qualifications - 5+ years experience producing creative for performance marketing, growth, or digital advertising. - Hands-on experience in image design and short-form video production. - Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to translate product benefits into customer-focused storytelling. - Experience building creative testing systems and translating performance data into actionable creative strategy. - Deep understanding of paid digital media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon) and exposure to working with media buyers. - Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset to manage ideation, testing, and iteration efficiently. - Motion graphics or light animation skills (basic ability to animate text, graphics, or shapes in video content). - Comfortable using AI tools and creative asset management software to scale ad production. - Experience in beauty, haircare, or DTC brands a big plus. - Strong visual storytelling and knowledge of social media trends.
