Job Description

Performance Marketing, Web Designer

• Develop static ad creatives for Meta and other paid social channels that align with campaign goals and creative direction • Create landing pages for Google and Meta lead generation campaigns, applying CRO principles to improve form fills, phone calls, and appointment bookings • Design high-converting WordPress website pages (homepages, service pages, and key conversion pages) that are clean, modern, and on-brand • Design newsletter layouts (template-based and one-off sends) that match brand standards and support conversions • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to translate strategy into effective designs across ads and post-click experiences

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience designing WordPress websites, including custom page designs (not just template-based builds)
  • Experience creating landing pages for paid ad campaigns with a solid understanding of CRO principles
  • Comfortable working in some or most of these tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Suite
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for creative production and iteration (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Veo 3, Gemini)
  • Available to work at least 4 hours daily between 9am–5pm EST, and willing to end engagement with other jobs/freelance clients as soon as possible
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and web design, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing or motion graphics design.
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Performance-minded, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and iterate quickly
  • Video editing and motion graphics experience
  • Unbounce or ClickFunnels experience (not required, but a big plus.
