About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our Incentive Experience team. The Incentive Experience team is responsible for the delivery of the member’s benefit, providing them information about their history of claims and the tools they need to maximize that benefit. • Lead the organization’s transformation from a VMware-based environment to Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization. • Responsible for the full migration lifecycle, optimization, and maintenance of Virtual Machines (VMs) running on OpenShift. • Provide deep expertise in virtualization, Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and enterprise infrastructure. • Assist with the design of Bare Metal OpenShift clusters optimized for virtualization. • Lead the end-to-end migration lifecycle from VMware to OpenShift. • Experience configuring Portworx as the storage provider on top of Pure Storage. • Manage VM-specific "Day 2" operations. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform deep-dive root cause analysis. • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure.
