The role of an Enterprise Architect within Adobe's Enterprise Sales team is to be the technology leader on our customer engagements. Our Architects have experience and expertise across enterprise marketing technology solutions, data, and integrations with other enterprise platforms. The Architect’s technical leadership, experience, and strategy will guide cross-functional project teams through definition, deployment, and optimization stages of Adobe Enterprise engagements to ensure customer success. What You’ll Do - Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Enterprise Architects, Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements/use cases, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create specific GenAI and Agentic solutions. - Lead with Vision: Shape the enterprise narrative on GenAI and Agentic—translate complex architectures into clear strategies, evangelize best practices, and influence both internal and external communities through workshops, whitepapers, and thought capital. - Advise & Align: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders—guide enterprise customers through the GenAI and Agentic landscape, connect innovation to business outcomes, and ensure solutions align with strategic priorities and long-term value. - Prototype Rapidly: Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset—build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and drive quick wins for our internal and external customers. - Architect End-to-End: Design, architecture and communicate full-stack applications and microservices—integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products with GenAI technologies, and future hands on with Adobe Experience Platform Orchestrator, Agents, and Composer. - Bridge to Product: Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product & Engineering—fueling the Agentic roadmap. - Operate at Speed: Thrive in a constantly evolving, start-up-like environment—own delivery sprints, tackle challenges on-site/remotely, and adapt to evolving AI trends. - Train & Elevate: Document your playbooks, prompts, and patterns in our internal knowledge base—helping the whole organization move faster. Qualifications - Full-Stack Expertise: 3+ years as a full-stack developer or technical consultant building and launching production software (React.js/Next.js/Angular; Node.js/Java Spring Boot; REST/GraphQL, HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML). - GenAI Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including: - Large Language Models (LLMs) – OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, etc. - Diffusion models (Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Midjourney) - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and semantic search - Fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization - AI agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex) - Multimodal AI (text, image, video, audio processing) - Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Proficient with core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation) and AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Bedrock). - Azure: Experience with compute (VMs, Functions), storage (Blob), and AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services). - Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless deployments. - CI/CD & IaC: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or equivalent. - Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or similar. - AI Tinkerer: AI-native tinkerer who embeds AI in your day-to-day workflows and spends your free time inventing and tinkering with the possibilities of AI. - Adobe Fluency: Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEM, Workfront Fusion, AJO or equivalent experience). - Customer-Centricity: Always prioritizing the customer and their needs and expectations first in everything you do. - Strong communicator: You translate complex AI concepts for both architects and executives and guide customers through technical decisions aligned to business objectives. - Startup DNA: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—relentlessly seeking better, faster, more innovative ways to solve customer objectives and challenges. - Up to 30% customer related travel. Requirements - Expected Pay Range: The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200 -- $289,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - In California, the pay range for this position is $199,600 - $289,000. - In Massachusetts, the pay range for this position is $187,400 - $271,400. • Lead design for Talent Development & Management programs: Own the strategic design and configuration of annual performance review cycles, promotion cycles, talent development (talent reviews, succession planning, etc.) • Lead design for annual compensation planning events: Own the strategic design and configuration of compensation planning program and reward statements • Uplevel Toast’s current talent program offerings by assessing opportunities to leverage Workday to achieve efficiency and utilization of talent programs • Evaluate and shape new project and product requests for strategic fit, technical feasibility, and alignment with enterprise system architecture • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership and a mentor to HRIS and business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and architectural excellence • Serve as a strategic advisor to People, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT leaders, translating complex business needs into scalable, maintainable Workday solutions • Partner with stakeholders to define problem statements, assess business impact, and ensure alignment between technology investments and business priorities • Ensure Workday architecture, configurations, and change management processes meet SOX compliance and audit standards, partnering closely with internal audit, InfoSec, and compliance teams • Champion governance practices across the Workday ecosystem, balancing flexibility with control to enable secure and compliant innovation.

• Architect solutions for Data ingestion, transformation & orchestration, data storage, and analytics, reporting, and ML/AI consumption for Danaher wide data models • Build trusted, scalable, secure, compliant, and reusable data products in Snowflake that support AI/ML models, executive dashboards, and cross-OpCo analytics • Establish data engineering standards, best practices, and reference architectures • Enable self-service access through semantic layers, catalogues, and APIs • Drive continuous improvement by implementing automated data quality checks, scaling ingestion/onboarding for M&A integrations
